1. Project Background
This customer processes color-coated (PPGI) coils and 1.0–2.0mm automotive inner panel steel. They require high length accuracy and scratch-free surfaces. The old line created strong impact during high-speed stop cutting, which affected cutting precision and coating quality.
2. Solution & Key Parameters
We supplied a 0.3–3.0mm × 1600mm high-speed stop shear CTL line, optimizing servo feeding and shear frame braking control to achieve stable cutting in high-speed stop mode while protecting surface quality.
