Machine Making Requirements:

  1. Steel plates for the machine body must be from well-known domestic steel mills.
  2. Welding requirements: When welding two steel plates, the weld height should be 2/3 of the thinner plate's thickness. The weld surface should be smooth, without slag and spatter, etc.
  3. All welded parts must be sandblasted or shot blasted.
  4. Main parts and components of the uncoiler, slitter, and recoiler must undergo annealing treatment. The heat treatment process must guarantee the required time to completely remove stress. Machining must be done on CNC machining centers with accurate tolerance fits.
  5. Machining process: When machining workpieces, the machine table must be cleaned. If necessary, use an oilstone to remove raised parts on the table. The workpiece must be firmly supported. The final process should involve stress relief. According to the six-point positioning principle, use dial indicators in three directions on the workpiece during machining to check for looseness.
  6. All sharp edges must be chamfered.
  7. Topcoat must be applied at least twice. Topcoat paint must be from well-known domestic or international brands.
